Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We're not able to fulfil orders to addresses outside the UK at this time.

Delivery times
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or high demand.

Age-restricted delivery
As our products contain alcohol, someone aged 18 or over must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If age cannot be verified at the point of delivery, the courier may be unable to leave the order and it may be returned to us.

Damaged, faulty, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
